Honda CB550K0 in original & unrestored condition (SOLD)
The CB came in from the states around 12 months ago & we’ve been slowly working on the bike going through it from top to bottom in between customers work.
All the chrome mud guards brackets etc are in excellent condition & original, the tank is clean inside & the paintwork has age related marks the side panels at some stage in its life have been painted not perfect but does not detract from its charm
Work we have carried out below
- Front brakes master cylinder & caliper stripped cleaned then reassembled with new seals
- Engine top end refreshed with new pistons 0.25, new gaskets & o’rings
- Cylinder head overhaul, new valve seals, valves lapped in then rebuilt
- Valve clearances set
- Carburetors stripped cleaned & tuned
- New 4 x air box rubber connectors
- Timing set
- New oil & filter
- New air filter
- New tyres
- New chain
- New exhausts
- New honda grips
- New starter solenoid relay
- New battery
