We started with a 1978 low mileage donor bike, MOT & tax exempt
To achieve the fat front wheel we used a rear wheel machining it to suit then made the wider yokes with new spindle & spacers

- Tank dipped then repainted in candy turquoise & old english white

- Engine stripped checked & all gaskets & oil seals, o’rings replaced
- Head rebuilt, re cut valve seats & new valve seals
- Engine soda blasted then steam cleaned & finally painted black
- New chain & sprockets
- New footrest & gear change rubbers
- All new Vape ignition & PMA charging system with solid state cdi
- Running batteryless ignition system
